Install once. Relog each session.
The tracker is a Windows x64 application. Its .NET runtime is included in Setup, so you do not need the .NET SDK.
- Install Npcap from its official website ↗. Npcap is a separate prerequisite and is not bundled.
- Download the Windows Setup .exe. In the new setup wizard, choose from the language tiles, accept the terms, select an installation folder and optionally create a desktop shortcut. Website and Patreon buttons are available there.
- Open the installed tracker. It checks for GitHub updates, then shows its introduction.
- Return to Aion 2’s Character Select screen and log in again. The tracker opens after it detects your character and receives a valid fresh collection.
Language, appearance and manually retained cards are saved. Cached counters are reset on a new launch; fresh game data is required before tracking starts.
Track souls, not kill estimates.
Each pet is tracked by its numeric identity. Real soul-gain messages update its count; merely attacking a pet does not add souls. A non-MAX target can appear in the overlay when you attack it, ready for tracking. Already-MAX pets require manual addition.
Stars show the pet’s current level. The large counter shows progress within that level; the smaller label shows how many souls remain.
| Level | Within-level goal | Total souls to reach it |
|---|---|---|
| Lv 0 · ☆☆☆ | 5 souls to Lv 1 | 0 |
| Lv 1 · ★☆☆ | 25 souls to Lv 2 | 5 |
| Lv 2 · ★★☆ | 75 souls to MAX | 30 |
| Lv 3 · ★★★ | MAX | 105 |
For example, 28/75 at Lv 2 means 28 souls collected within Lv 2 and 47 more to MAX. A pet reaching MAX stays on screen with three stars, a MAX label and a subtle sound. Hover its card to reveal CLEAR, then click to remove it.
“Synced” means the tracker has a current validated collection. If a reconnect or data gap occurs, last-known values are marked for verification; an uncertain count is not presented as exact.
A pin is a pin. Remove is remove.
- Add a pet: use + Add Pet. Search by name or ID, switch between incomplete and maxed pets, and choose your next goal.
- Pin: fixes a pet to your tracker. Its card remains across fresh snapshots and relogs.
- Unpin: removes only the pin. The manually added card stays on screen, including after restarting the tracker.
- Delete / CLEAR: removes the card and its pin. Soul progress is preserved. A later real soul gain can bring the card back; adding it manually also restores it.
- Choose the order: click the left-side ↑ and ↓ arrows. Cards slide into their new positions; the order is saved per character and server.
- Open locations: click the globe on a card. Pet Atlas focuses that specific pet’s recorded locations.
Make room for the game.
Set opacity between 30% and 100%. Keep the tracker above other windows with Always on top. Drag its header to move it, or enable Lock position to prevent movement.
The width stays fixed. Choose 1–7 visible cards in Settings, or use the bottom height grip. New cards automatically grow the full tracker up to seven slots; further cards are reached by scrolling. Each mouse-wheel notch moves one card and settles at a card boundary.
The compact button beside Settings turns the tracker into a tiny rectangular “Pet Tracker” box. Use its arrow to expand. Compact mode remains small when you move it or when new pets become active; expanding returns to the full card view.
Hide or minimize the tracker while keeping its session running. Opening the desktop shortcut again restores the existing window, instead of starting from the beginning. Settings and Pet Atlas are separately movable windows.
Change the view without leaving the game.
| Shortcut | Action |
|---|---|
| Ctrl + P | Hide / restore the tracker |
| Ctrl + U | Compact / expand the tracker |
In Settings, click either shortcut row and press a new combination. Supported combinations use Ctrl, Alt or Shift with a letter, number or F1–F24 key. The shortcuts must be different. If another application already owns a combination, choose another. Press Escape to cancel editing.
Holding a shortcut key does not repeatedly toggle the window. You can also restore the tracker from its tray icon or desktop shortcut.
Follow the red dots.
The globe beside + Add Pet opens a separate interactive map. A pet card’s globe opens it directly for that pet and animates the camera toward its locations.
- Switch between six world maps using the region selector.
- Use Farmable pets / Maxed pets, search and the draggable pet carousel to choose a target.
- Drag the map to pan. Use the mouse wheel, zoom slider or + / − buttons to zoom.
- Red dots with black outlines show recorded enemy locations. Hover for details, or click a marker to focus it.
- Focus locations fits the selected pet’s locations into view. Camera movement and focus feedback are animated.
The bundled map snapshot includes six maps and coordinates for 160 pets. It is an offline location guide, not a live spawn monitor or player-position tracker. Pets without recorded coordinates show a missing-location message. Map region, window size and position are saved.
Your language. Your layout.
The app supports Türkçe, English, Deutsch, Русский, Español, Français, Português, العربية, हिन्दी and 简体中文. Choose during setup or change the language immediately in Settings, without restarting.
Opacity, visible card count, position lock, Always on top, window position, shortcuts and map preferences are saved. Pet pins, retained cards and order are scoped to your character and server; another character does not inherit their counters.
One Setup file. A clear source.
The Windows download button links directly to the latest public GitHub Setup .exe. No archive extraction is needed. The new distribution uses Setup only; its runtime is included.
The installed tracker checks stable GitHub releases at startup, shows download progress when an update is available and restarts through its updater. If checking fails, Retry or Continue current version remains available. No GitHub token is needed.
The public source repository ↗ is licensed under GPL-3.0. The creator’s GitHub profile ↗ and Patreon ↗ are separate links.
Release file checks ↗ use GitHub-provided SHA-256 values. A VirusTotal button looks up a file by hash; it does not upload it. A report may not yet exist, and the site does not claim a “virus-free” certificate.
A few useful checks.
The tracker is waiting for character data.
Return to Character Select and log in again with the tracker open. It needs a new character identity and a valid full collection. Check that Npcap is installed and the game connection is active.
A count is marked last-known or needs verification.
Reconnects and incomplete data can make a count uncertain. Relog to retrieve a fresh collection, then compare the pet with the game’s collection. Settings → Diagnostics contains the recent log messages.
The window has disappeared.
Press your hide/show shortcut (Ctrl+P by default), double-click the tray icon, or open the desktop shortcut again. Ctrl+U switches compact/full; the tiny box also has an expand arrow.
A shortcut is unavailable.
Another app may already have registered it. Open Settings, click the shortcut row and choose a different Ctrl/Alt/Shift combination.
A pet has no locations.
The map snapshot has coordinates for 160 pets, not every catalog entry. The tracker shows missing location data explicitly rather than guessing a point.
Does the tracker control the game?
Its capture is passive and server-to-client. It does not inject packets, modify game memory or automate gameplay. It is an independent community application; review the setup terms and the game’s rules before use.
